We are building the HR platform that African and Middle Eastern companies should have had long ago.
Our story
Mawered was born from a simple observation: HR software available in the EMEA market is either Western tools poorly adapted to local legislation, or aging solutions with no modern interface or AI capabilities.
Co-founded by Yahya Chouchène and Amine Zaghdoudi in Sousse (Tunisia) in 2023, Mawered natively integrates Tunisian (CNSS, IRPP, one-shift rule), Moroccan (CNSS, IR, CIMR), Qatari (GOSI), Saudi (CNAS) and French (DSN, URSSAF) payroll rules — with an independent calculation engine per country, extensible to any new jurisdiction in a matter of weeks.
Today, Mawered handles ZKTeco attendance cycles, multi-country social declarations, ATS recruitment, talent management and payroll — in a single platform, in Arabic, French and English.
